We are proud to serve our community through various philanthropic activities and projects that promote historic preservation, education, and patriotism. Our Daughters devote time and resource to.the projects and activities below.

Waldschmidt

Christian Waldschmidt Homestead

The homestead is an historic property owned and maintained by the Ohio State Society DAR. Our Chapter members often volunteer here.

Israel Ludlow Monument

Our chapter erected the monument in 1916 to commemorate the historic spot where  Ludlow, the surveyor who planned out Cincinnati, had built a blockhouse in 1791.

“We believe that the history is important to the Northside community and take pride in keeping the monument in good shape,” says past regent Gretchen Wilson.

We are always considering new opportunities for community involvement. Please use the link below to contact us if you have a volunteer opportunity for us to consider.
